Return to Drew's Home Page Snowboarding

I do a lot of snowboarding.

Next year I am going to save time by withdrawing a thousand dollars from the bank and hurling it directly into Lake Tahoe.

Here's a picture of me at Arapahoe Basin, Colorado, curled up in a fetal position, hoping that Kevin Goldsmith isn't going to come along and beat me until I take back what I said about classical Dutch painters.

This is my board. It's a Santa Cruz H 156-SC with Morrow M2 bindings.

Here's me at Breckenridge, also in Colorado. Lately I've been working on catching big air on the jumps.  I'm practicing doing 180s on level terrain and sometime soon I'm going to try one over a real jump and probably dislocate my lymphatic system.

It's still OK for me to engage in dangerous winter sports because I haven't reached age thirty yet. Technically, I'm still immortal.

I do most of my snowboarding in the Lake Tahoe area in California.

Update: I'm now thirty. I guess that's it for immortality.
